How can I pay and when will my balance be due?
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or into our English bank account. Your holding deposit is payable immediately to secure your booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
I have satellite TV in the accommodation, what channels does that include?
It will have a selection of English channels depending on the package installed.
Are linen and towels provided in the accommodation?
For holiday bookings all bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. For long lettings linen and towels are not provided. You will need to take your own towels for the beach and around the pool.
Is there maid service or change of linen during my stay?
No, but it can be arranged for a supplementary fee.
Are airport transfers provided?
We can arrange airport transfers upon request for a supplementary fee.
Can we go into our accommodation before 1500 on arrival?
The official entry time for your accommodation is 1500. A previous guest may still be in residence until 1100 and time must then be allowed for our housekeepers to prepare the accommodation for your stay.
Is there a welcome pack?
A welcome pack can be provided on request for a small charge. It will include basic essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, sugar and mineral water.
Can we stay in our accommodation later than the vacating time of 1100?
Please remember the accommodation will need to be prepared for the next guest so this is not normally possible. However, occasionally, if there are very special circumstances, it may be possible for you to stay later. Please consult our staff.
Where do I pick up my accommodation keys?
Details regarding your key collection will be discussed with you either at the time of booking or approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Will a representative meet us at the airport?
No. You will only be met if you have arranged airport transfers. However you will be contacted within the first few days of your holiday and invited to our office.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the accommodation?
Yes, all accommodation is supplied with an iron and ironing board.
Does the accommodation have a safe?
Some accommodation will have a safe, please ask at the time of booking.
